Standard Shipping: $6.99 (orders under $59.99).

Free Shipping: $59.99+ (applied automatically at checkout).
Free shipping threshold is based on merchandise subtotal after discounts, before tax.
Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. The link in your shipment email lets you follow your package in real time.
Address changes & order edits
If you need to change your address or cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we’re unable to modify it.
Split shipments
To get items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking for each package.
Pre-orders & made-to-order items
If your cart includes a pre-order or made-to-order item, your order may ship when all items are ready—or we may split the shipment at our discretion. Product pages will state if an item is pre-order.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email obts1845@hotmail.com with your order number and (if applicable) photos.

We’ll investigate with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund per our policies.
Shipping fees & returns
Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order ships, except where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see our Returns Policy). Returns must follow our approval process.
