Returns & Exchanges Policy (30 Days)

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, returns are simple and exchanges are easy.

1) Return window & eligibility

  • Return window: within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s scan).

  • Condition: item must be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging, inserts, and accessories included. Security seals (if any) must be intact.

  • What isn’t returnable:

    • Items marked Final Sale or noted as non-returnable on the product page.

    • Custom/personalized items.

    • Gift cards.

    • Items with missing/damaged original packaging or accessories.

Tip: Please open the package carefully and keep inner trays/foam/bags until you decide to keep the item.

2) Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at obts1845@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos.

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and provide a prepaid label if a return is required.

3) Exchanges

  • Same item/variant exchange (e.g., different color/size/model variant) is supported within 30 days, subject to stock.

  • Once approved, we’ll reserve the replacement. If unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.

4) Refunds

  • Choose refund to original payment method or store credit when you start the return.

  • When using our prepaid label for a change-of-mind return, a small label fee (shown before you confirm) may be deducted from the refund.

  • Store-credit returns generally waive the label fee.

  • Timing: after your return is delivered to our returns hub and passes inspection, refunds typically post within 2–7 business days. Your bank/issuer may take an extra 3–10 business days to display the credit.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except for damaged/defective/wrong-item cases.

5) How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email obts1845@hotmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return/exchange, and the reason.

  2. We’ll reply with your RMA and a prepaid label (where applicable) or return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely (use the original inner packaging if possible). Remove old shipping labels.

  4. Drop off the parcel with the carrier listed on your label and keep the receipt until your refund/exchange is completed.

Important: We’ll share the correct return address after approval. Unapproved returns or COD packages may be refused.

6) Shipping costs & responsibility

  • Change-of-mind returns (U.S.): if you use our prepaid label and select refund to the original payment method, the label cost will be deducted (shown before you confirm).

  • Defective/wrong item returns: we cover the label.

  • International returns: customers arrange and pay return shipping to our returns hub (address provided after approval). Any duties/taxes collected by your local customs are not refunded by eternelse.shop.

7) Late returns & exceptions

  • Items received after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for return. If you experienced a carrier delay, contact us — we’ll do our best to help.

  • If an item is returned used, missing parts, or not in original condition, a partial refund or denial may apply.

8) Holiday extended returns (optional window)

Orders placed Nov 1 – Dec 25 may be returned through Jan 31 (same condition rules).

9) Lost or damaged return in transit

  • If a return shipped with our prepaid label is lost or damaged, we’ll handle the claim.

  • If you use your own carrier, please choose a tracked service and pack well; we cannot refund items we never receive or that arrive severely damaged due to inadequate packaging.
